How much can I borrow?
£5,000 to £150,000 subject to the security you can offer and your ability to repay the loan.
What is 'Approved in Principle'?
This means that your secured loan application has been accepted for processing, please note that further information may be required to complete the loan.
Over what period of time can I take my secured loan?
Loans are available over 5 - 25 years subject to status and the lender you are placed with.
Is my loan application confidential?
As we are members of the Financial Industry Standards Association and registered under the Data Protection Act we adhere to the guidelines set out by these regulatory bodies. All loan applications are treated in the strictest of confidence.
Are there any restrictions on how I spend my money from the loan?
The loan can be used for any purpose such as home improvements, tax bills, a new car and/or debt consolidation.
What if I move house?
This is not a problem. Depending on the lender we place you with, you can transfer the charge to the new property or the outstanding loan balance can be repaid from the proceeds of the sale.
How do I borrow more money in the future?
Contact Enhance Financial Services and we can provide you with a quote for a further advance on your secured loan, either with the same lender or a lender who suits your current circumstances.
What happens if I become ill or am made redundant?
Payment protection cover is available to cover you against this eventuality. Subject to certain exclusions and terms your loan repayments will be made for you directly by the insurer.
How do I repay my secured loan?
Secured loans are repaid by direct debit through your bank or building society.

How long will the loan take to arrange?
It will be quicker than you may think. We aim to have all loans completed within 14 days of application subject to any statutory consideration periods that may apply. The sooner we receive all the information required the quicker you will have your loan.
Are fixed interest rates available?
We are able to offer interest rates fixed for up to five years on some of our loans.
What will my loan cost each month?
This depends on how much you borrow and what period you wish to repay it over.
Are there any other costs?
No - the figure on your loan agreement is the amount you pay.
Will you contact my employer?
We will not contact them without your prior consent. If you cannot provide wage slips we may ask your permission to obtain a reference from your employer.
Can I repay more than the agreed monthly repayment?
Yes, many of our secured loans allow you to pay above your standard repayment. This means you will be able to clear your loan in full sooner than the original term.
Can I get a loan if I have a poor credit rating/arrears/CCJ's?
Yes, we have experience in helping people with a poor credit history. You may consider clearing some or all of your credit to reduce your monthly bills.
What will happen after I apply?
We will assess your request and match it with the best option from our panel of lenders. We aim to approve in principle within 24hrs of your application and you will be kept informed by your dedicated personal account manager at all stages.
Which loan companies do you deal with?
We deal with a panel of major banks, which enables us to provide a range of products that will suit your circumstances.
